Managed service player IT Lab likes to make at least one acquisition a year and has already notched one up for 2020 with a deal to pick up Sol-Tec.
We became part of the IT Lab group in early 2020, and since then we have been known as Sol-Tec, an IT Lab company.
IT Lab was founded in 2000, and following the acquisitions made since 2015, including us at Sol-Tec, the IT Lab group now serves over 850 clients, with tens of thousands of end users, and a global workforce of over 750 people.
The IT Lab group is becoming Content+Cloud, and this is a new and exciting part of this journey, bringing together some of the leading technology providers in the UK.
At Sol-Tec we help public sector organisations transform their service delivery capabilities by achieving their digital transformation goals. With 27 years of sector experience, we understand how changes made to datacentre infrastructure have the power to impact the lives of individual citizens.
And because we are now a Content+Cloud company, we have all the backing that being part of this organisation will bring, whilst we maintain our Centre of Excellence in Azure migration services to the public and private sectors.
